What it costs to keep it running
Static sites — Starter and Business — are hosted with us for R150 a month. The care plans build on top of that if you'd rather not think about the site at all. All three are month to month, and you can cancel or switch whenever you like.
Custom builds are different: a backend needs a real server and database running around the clock, so hosting for those is priced with the project rather than at a flat R150.

What you'll pay after we're done
Some agencies bury these. Here they are up front, with no vague "from" prices.
Domain name
R100 – R250 a year for a .co.za, paid directly to a South African registrar in your own name. We don't mark it up.
Managed hosting
R150 a month for a static site, from the day it goes live. That's the price whatever the platforms do. Custom builds are quoted separately.
R0 – R120 a month. Free forwarding to your existing Gmail, or proper mailboxes if you'd prefer.
A custom build with a backend needs a server and database behind it, so hosting for those is quoted separately — we'll give you the exact monthly figure with the quote, before you commit to anything.
Are these prices VAT inclusive?
Prices shown exclude VAT. If we're registered for VAT at the time of your quote, it'll be shown as a separate line so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Plenty don't, and that's fine — just enquire. Anything bigger than the Business package, anything that needs a login or a database behind it, and any custom-built app or tool is quoted per project from R15 000. Tell us what it has to do and we'll price it properly.
What's the difference between the packages and a custom build?
Starter and Business are static websites. That means the pages are built and served exactly as designed — they load fast, they don't break, and there's almost nothing to hack or maintain. It's the right choice for the large majority of small businesses.
A custom build adds a backend: a database, logins, and content you or your staff change yourselves. That's more work to build and it carries a small monthly running cost, so we only recommend it when you genuinely need it.
What am I actually paying R150 a month for?
Hosting on a fast global network, an SSL certificate that never lapses, uptime monitoring so a problem gets spotted before your customers find it, and a person who answers when something breaks. It's a managed service, not a line item we're reselling.
We could put your site on a free tier and take our chances. We don't, for two reasons: free tiers change their terms whenever they like, and when that happens someone has to absorb the cost or your site goes down. A fixed R150 means your price doesn't move and neither does your site.
R150 is the price for a static site — Starter or Business. A custom build runs a server and a database around the clock, which genuinely costs more, so hosting for those is quoted with the project.
Can I host it myself instead?
Yes. The site is yours — we'll hand over the files and help you move them, at no charge. You'll be responsible for keeping it online after that, and we'll bill hourly if you need us to help with it later. Most clients decide R150 is cheaper than an afternoon of their own time.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — 50% up front books your slot in the calendar, and the balance is due when the site goes live. EFT or card, with a proper invoice either way.
What happens if I want changes after launch?
Business package clients get 30 days of free tweaks. After that it's R450/hour, or a care plan if changes are a regular thing.
